We are looking for detail-oriented, responsible, and organized individuals 21 years or older, with a friendly personality to assist in leading our amazing team with patience and professionalism.
Responsibilities; Understanding and mastery of all basic functions and tasks performed by the various staff positions Assist in all managerial duties of scheduling and role assignments Directing staffing of various attractions and locations within the facility as needed Coordinating and overseeing events and group functions from initial information thru setup, to execution, and post clean-up/follow-up.
Perform inbound sales inquiries in person, over the phone, and electronically.
Providing exemplary customer service with existing guests and potential guests.
Maintaining a calm demeanor in stressful inter-personal relations.
Basic troubleshooting and repairs of day to day systems and equipment.
Leading team members in routine administrative, cleaning, inventory, and maintenance duties.
Engage in opening and/or closing of facility.
Support in keeping a safe, clean, and organized environment for guests and staff.
Ensuring that all guests and associates are satisfied with their experience at our facility.
Various other duties as assigned by management Additional Requirements; Candidates must be self-motivated and disciplined; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, walk, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Must have basic computer and technical skills, with an ability and willingness to learn specific systems to a moderate level.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
