9K a year Busy office is seeking a dependable and responsible customer service representative for its Bellport office.
This is a full-time position.
Hours are 9:
30 am to 6:
00 pm Monday through Friday.
Picture framing experience a plus.
Employee will serve as the customer's primary point of contact for inquiries such as pricing, product information and shipments and will ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders.

The ideal candidate should have Excellent phone etiquette and be computer literate and able to learn software easily while acquiring product knowledge.
Call center environment experience.
Self-motivation, energy, passion, humor, emotional intelligence, consideration and excitement.
Persistence and be goal and detail oriented.
The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A customer-focused mentality and enthusiasm for building strong relationships The desire to achieve and exceed measurable sales performance goals Strong organizational and time management skills Requirements A professional demeanor and good people skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt, friendly service.
Sharp listening and organizational skills The ability to quickly build rapport with people you have never spoken with before Previous sales and/or customer service experience The ability to communicate and work professionally, efficiently and positively with business affiliates, co-workers and managers.
