The ideal candidate must be friendly, energetic, and dependable with a strong desire to learn and improve.
We will train the right individuals to take on the role.
The Crew Member will be responsible for providing guests with a superior customer experience while assisting them in completing tasks related to their order.
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
Be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to follow instructions as well as adhere to all safety procedures.
Be able to communicate clearly with customers and provide them with excellent customer service.
Be able to work independently as well as with a team! Greet customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
Have a sense of urgency while performing duties.
Have good customer relations skills.
Have a strong desire to learn about the products we sell and improve our guests' experience.
